Frank Gonsalves, with his wife Ivie, founded Harvest Church Ministries (HCM) in 1998 in Stockton, California. What started from humble beginnings, with just seven members in a small hotel meeting room, has since advanced into a revolutionary church build on the principles of soul winning and discipleship.

Since 1974, Pastor Frank has served in various capacities. Pastor Frank has a passion for teaching how to apply the Word of God in everyday life. Prior to pastoring, he served faithfully for many years in the areas of media and worship ministry. He also served on shelter and juvenile hall outreach. Ministry has also taken Pastor Frank on mission trips abroad to serve in Ghana and India. Pastor Frank's greatest desire is to raise Godly generations and leave a legacy of strong leadership.

Pastor Ivie Gonsalves is a gifted and anointed servant of God who has taken an uncompromising stand for God's Word. She has traveled across the United States and abroad for the work of the ministry. As a noted preacher of the Gospel and dynamic conference speaker, Ivie has ministered healing and deliverance in the lives of many through the power of the Holy Spirit. 

Upholding that education and knowledge is vital to the success of a people, Ivie Gonsalves has a Master of Science Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with credentials in Special Education and Administration. Her professional career in public education included serving as a Language Speech and Hearing Specialist, Program Specialist, School-Site Administrator, and District-Level Management. Ivie has impacted the lives of countless women and church leaders nationwide with her gifts of administration, teaching, prophecy, and song.  She is a shining testament to the fact that women can indeed take a leadership role in ministry.

Pastors Frank and Ivie Gonsalves have a passion for seeing families thrive. Together, they have helped to build strong marriages through pre-marital and marital counseling, marriage seminars and conferences. They also oversee leadership development programs aimed at developing strong men, women, and youth who will transform and influence the communities in which they live. 

There is a refreshing oneness shared by Pastors Frank and Ivie Gonsalves. It is a strong and enduring bond that unites them together in an unconditional commitment, and love and acceptance. Pastors Frank and Ivie Gonsalves celebrate 41 wonderful years of marriage, and are the proud parents of five adult children, and doting grandparents to two beautiful grandchildren.
